Are you having problems on the site?
Before you contact us would you check the following:
1. Log in Problems
Please ensure that:
- You are using the email address you signed up with.
- You have typed your password in the correct case.
Some customers who have problems have registered on the site 2 or 3 or even 4 times and mix up their pass words - often using the email address from one signup with the password from another.
2. If you make a mistake logging in
Please press Control+F5 (or on Firefox Control+R) to refresh the page if you are having problems logging in, then try again. i.e. Hold down the Ctrl Key then press function Key F5. This clears your browser cache of the page and you should then be able to enter in your log in details again.
3. If the page does not contain content that you are expecting
YYour browser may be holding an out-of-date copy of the page, or your internet service provider may "caching" an old copy and forwarding this to you instead of passing your request to our server. This is particularly common when browsing at work from inside some corporate systems. You can clear your browser copy and request your ISP to refresh from our server by pressing Ctrl and F5 at the same time.
4. A stored favourite or bookmark does not take you to the site

Delete ChoreographyToGo from your favourites or bookmarks

WITHOUT visiting other pages or clicking the "Home" button, now add the site back to your favourites/bookmarks

The new favourite/bookmark will now work, and should not break in future.
5. Orders
Please double check that you are ordering what you want. i.e DVD or CD-ROM
6. DVDs
We ship these in plain envelopes with and the DVDs are in plastic covers. We have recently found that if we try to ship in identifiable DVD boxes or cases, that many of our DVDS go missing in the post - presumably as someone tries to get hold of that latest Hollywood Blockbuster! To avoid this, we send in in envelopes and plastic covers not DVD boxes or cases.
7. To check your order status
For your order status, log into the system and select "My C2Go" / "Order History". From there you can see the status of your order and the date the order was dispatched.
8. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days
1st class mail can sometimes take 7 days to arrive. We have even know DVDs turn up 1 month after we have posted them! Email us after a week if it still hasn't turned up. Lesley@Choreographytogo.com
9. Faulty Goods
We are happy to replace or refund for faulty goods but we do not replace DVD's unless faulty. Return to: 351 Cromford Road, Langley Mill, Nottingham, NG16 4HA.
